To create a user account we require personal information that identifies the individual, such as name and contact methods, this information is stored on our servers for the purpose of creating a unique identity for our members. The information collected on our servers that identify a user, transaction, submission, connection times, site visits or other recorded information, is used solely to provide the required connections that enable the tools offered by SellBuyText and its affiliates, and may be compiled to generate statistical information SellBuyText requires to manage and maintain this site, including demographics, site views, user registrations and cancellations, and other information that effects the function and offer of this site. SellBuyText does not compile information of individual users, or select a random profile of an individual for study or other use by SellBuyText. SellBuyText does not compile data for the purpose of identifying consumer groups for direct marketing, and we do not share or sell our collected information.

SellBuyText privacy policy applies only to the information collected on our servers and is not responsible for how the information collected by your carrier service or Internet service provider is handled or on any linked sites. SellBuyText provides secure servers and all information is encrypted, our server software is kept current and monitored for intrusion. The site does not require the use of cookies, you do not need to adjust your security settings while browsing the site and using the tools. No credit card or other credit information is required to use this site, all billing is done by your wireless carrier and is payable to your carrier. This site does not handle financial transactions.

Personal information provided to SellBuyText for the creation of a user account and unique ID remains on the SellBuyText server, the user may access their profile for the account to edit the information, this ID is permanent and cannot be deleted from the SellBuyText server, if a user wishes to create another account another unique ID must be generated. Information to create the user account remains the property of SellBuyText.

SellBuyText may offer special programs, newsletters, or other mailings that are optional subscriptions, users must subscribe and unsubscribe to these features, they are sent only to users who have subscribed to receive additional communications from SellBuyText. The SellBuyText features include alerts and reminders for expiration of listings that are automated, these communications are applied to all listings, only a single message will be sent prior to expiration. SellBuyText may send by e-mail announcements regarding the SellBuyText site, changes to policy, site maintenance that may temorarily disrupt service, features added or removed from the SellBuyText site.

Users of SellBuyText are responsible for their personal communications, abuse of contact priveleges may result in SellBuyText suspending or terminating your access to the website. Users reporting abuse of communications to SellBuyText should provide evidence, this includes mail headers and/or phone records. SellBuyText respects and supports the users right to privacy.
